Shadowing/Observation Opportunities for Students

Short-term shadowing opportunities are intended to give students an inside look at careers at LVHHN, both in clinical and non-clinical areas, in order to aid in career decisions. Shadowing is for observation only. No hands-on activity is permitted. Shadowers will be supervised at all times by an individual designated by the department in which they are completing their experience.

If you are interested in a more long-term experience, please consider volunteering at LVHHN. We have excellent opportunities available in many departments, and students are able to sign up for the position of their choice. For information, please click below on “Volunteers” or contact (610) 402-8897.

Eligibility: Applicants must currently be students. Must be at least 14 years of age or older and have completed 8th grade. Students wishing to visit the OR must be 16 years of age or older.
